Opening exercise - Healing the separation of 'bad' habits

I'm so glad you're here. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Karly, and I'm your guide and facilitator through the course.

I want to warmly welcome you to this journey and to share how much I look forward to being with you over the next few weeks.

Over the next 30 days, you'll receive 30 days of daily audios, where you'll learn how to bring more compassion in your relationship with sugar.

For those of you who are eager to start, I have an opening meditation and exercise for you.

When you have a quiet moment, please take 20 minutes to listen to this exercise and reflect on what you're most longing for in this course and the habit you'd like to change.

(A hint - this exercise is a great way to connect and begin the day.)

Then, over the next few days, spend some time reflecting on what you uncover in the exercise. Where do you already see the very qualities and changes you'd like to gain in the course? (If this question is confusing, it helps to listen to the audio, as I explain what I mean there.)
