Help for hopelessness, resistance, boredom and a lack of motivation
In this part of the course, I'm pleased to offer several tools to help you when you're feeling stuck in feelings of hopelessness, frustration, resistance, and "I don't feel like it and I don't want to."
You'll find a variety of tools here and in different formats - worksheets, audios, visualizations and more. Some are more 'on the spot,' ideal when you're feeling caught in the moment, and some are more contemplative or reflective.
I encourage you to give them a try, to play and experiment and to see how you feel most supported and helped when facing sticky feelings.
