Tools for reactivity, cravings and triggers
Friends, in this section of the course you'll find a variety of tools, practices, and exercises that you can use, in the moment, when you're sitting in the hot seat of reactivity: when you're feeling impulses, cravings, and triggers.
You'll find a variety of tools - worksheets, audios, play, and guided visualizations. I encourage you to experiment and to see which tools are the right fit for you.
You can mix and match the tools that support you and attune to what you need - given what the day brings and what your particular needs are at that time.
You can also share how you support yourself in those moments - you may have a practice that is just the right tool for someone else. Thank goodness we don't have to reinvent the wheel on our own!
