Dear friends, in this module, I introduce The Inner Rebel worksheet - an approach that you can use throughout the course (and after the course ends) when you're feeling triggered by strong feelings of rebellion, resistance, or inner no's.
In this worksheet, you'll learn how to care for the feelings, needs, and vulnerability that arises with your inner rebel.
There's both a written worksheet and an audio accompaniment that walks you through the exercise. You can use one or both, depending on how you best learn and feel supported.
